Why Trust Scores Matter
The Campaign Registry (TCR) assigns every brand a "Trust Score" (0-100) during registration. This score determines how many messages carriers (like T-Mobile and AT&T) will allow you to send per day. A low score can cap you at 2,000 messages/day, crippling high-volume campaigns.
What Affects Your Score?
Corporate Identity
Age of EIN, corporate structure size, and presence in databases like Dun & Bradstreet.
Vetting Status
Unvetted brands get a default low score. "Secondary Vetting" involves a manual audit for a higher score.
Past Violations
Previous spam reports or carrier blocks associated with your EIN will drag your score down.
T-Mobile Daily Brand Caps
T-Mobile enforces the strictest daily limits based on your score. Knowing your tier helps you plan your campaign volume.
| Trust Score | Daily Message Limit | Tier Status |
|---|---|---|
| 0 - 24 | 2,000 / day | Low Trust (Unvetted) |
| 25 - 49 | 10,000 / day | Medium Trust |
| 50 - 74 | 40,000 / day | High Trust |
| 75 - 100 | 200,000+ / day | Top Tier |
How to Improve Your Score
If your calculated score is too low for your needs, you can take action.
-
1
Fix Data Mismatches
Ensure your Brand Name matches your EIN letter exactly. A mismatch results in a "Unverified" status (Score 0).
-
2
Secondary Vetting
Pay the ~$40 fee for "Enhanced Vetting." This triggers a manual review by Aegis Mobile or similar partners, often boosting scores significantly for legitimate businesses.
-
3
Special Business Review
If you still need higher limits (e.g., for emergency alerts), you can file a Special Business Review (SBR) request directly with T-Mobile (additional fees apply).
Calculate Your Throughput
Don't launch a campaign only to get throttled. Use our simulator to predict your Trust Score and messaging capacity before you register.
